Charlotte Birnbaum, MD
Charlotte Birnbaum, MD, is a board certified dermatologist practicing medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She attended Cornell University, where she graduated with distinction with a degree in human development. She completed her medical school training at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, where she graduated magna cum laude and was honored to become a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, a national medical honors society. She trained in medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital and completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate, serving as chief resident in her final year.
Dr. Birnbaum is dedicated to improving and maintaining the health and beauty of her patients’ skin as well as focused on preventative measures to combat aging and skin cancer. She believes in a personalized and natural approach to cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Birnbaum treats patients of all ages and has a special interest in acne, rosacea, skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, and complex medical dermatology. In her free time, Dr. Birnbaum enjoys travel, tennis, hiking, and stand-up comedy.
