Daxxify is a new injectable neuromodulator that was recently approved by the FDA. This addition to the neuromodulator family is made of peptides that offer unprecedented longevity with results lasting an average of 2-5 months longer than other products on the market.
This innovative treatment helps patients gain a more youthful appearance by effectively treating dynamic wrinkles. These wrinkles develop as a result of constant muscle movement and are often one of the first signs of aging. Daxxify reduces their appearance by smoothing wrinkles and helping to prevent future wrinkles from forming.
HOW DOES DAXXIFY TREAT WRINKLES?
Daxxify treats wrinkles by reducing the ability of facial muscles to contract. The neuromodulator interrupts the nerve signal to stop the further production of wrinkles while reducing the appearance of existing wrinkles and fine lines.
WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR DAXXIFY IN NEW YORK?
Most adult men and women are good candidates for Daxxify treatment. Pregnant women are not encouraged to use Daxxify until they have finished nursing. Daxxify is considered generally safe for all of our patients, regardless of skin type or tone.

Daxxify treatments are typically quick and easy. Your board-certified dermatologist or physician’s assistant will clean the treatment area. The Daxxify injections are then placed directly into the targeted muscles.
