A: FDA-approved Voluma has a strong track record of safety while also providing volume and lift. Typical side effects are usually mild and temporary, and may include:

These side effects should resolve within 1-2 days after your procedure. To minimize potential side effects, we recommend abstaining from alcohol, aspirin, and ibuprofen for three days following the procedure and longer should you experience persistent side effects or take blood thinners.
